1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and kfbd ("kfbd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at kfbd.io. By accessing the kfbd website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by kfbd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kfbd platform. kfbd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the kfbd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. kfbd maintains a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one active kfbd account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Own identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fraudulent documentation is strictly prohibited.
• Not a kfbd employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of kfbd and its affiliated partners are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming or promotional activities.

kfbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts may be suspended pending the completion of identity verification. kfbd employs industry-standard age verification procedures and cooperates fully with any applicable regulatory guidance to prevent underage access.

Age Verification Process

Upon registration, all players confirm they are 21 years of age or older by accepting these Terms. kfbd may additionally require documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where legally required.

3 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on the kfbd platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete , current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kfbd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kfbd will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. Account Verification (KYC)

kfbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit verification documents before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds. Accepted verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill (dated within three months), and bank statement. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by kfbd may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending document review.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your kfbd account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. kfbd reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kfbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). kfbd supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across all divisions of Bangladesh.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kfbd account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours to reflect. kfbd does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposit funds originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four hours for mobile money methods under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. kfbd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Withdrawal Conditions

• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-linked balance.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• kfbd may delay or suspend a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kfbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bengali cultural calendar including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL T20 tournament promotions, and Victory Day events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and potential account suspension.

kfbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted and are actively using a bonus at the time of modification will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the kfbd sportsbook and all gaming sessions on the kfbd Casino platform are subject to the rules of the specific sport, event, or game in question, as well as the general platform rules set out in this section.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. kfbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest technical error or pricing mistake.
• In-play bets are subject to the live odds available at the moment of bet confirmation. Network latency may result in bets being accepted or declined at odds differing from those displayed at the time of submission.
• kfbd reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or individual account at its sole discretion.
• Results for cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — are determined based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). Abandoned or suspended matches are settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event type.
• Winnings are credited to the player's kfbd account balance upon official settlement of the relevant market.

Casino & Live Games

• All casino games available on the kfbd platform are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each game are governed by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.
• kfbd is not responsible for the outcome of any individual game session, as all results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures independently audited for fairness.
• In the event of a game malfunction, crash, or disconnection mid-round, kfbd will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the relevant game stake may be refunded to the player's account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kfbd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, using another person's identity, creating duplicate accounts, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the kfbd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. kfbd is committed to preventing money laundering and cooperates with applicable regulatory and law enforcement bodies.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated live casino play, or insider information in sports betting.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, automated tools, or coordinated play strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human participation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider in relation to legitimate kfbd transactions. kfbd reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts and associated costs.
• Hacking or Exploiting: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kfbd systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or manipulate game or odds data through technical means.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kfbd platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of kfbd or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over kfbd intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kfbd content without prior written authorisation from kfbd. Unauthorised use of kfbd intellectual property may result in legal action. The kfbd name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks. Third-party game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) and is used by kfbd under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kfbd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the kfbd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the player.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Interruption of service due to circumstances beyond kfbd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

kfbd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data

kfbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kfbd uses SSL encryption across all platform interactions to protect your personal and financial data in transit. Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of platform services. kfbd does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments & Termination

kfbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may be implemented without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

kfbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to platform services at any time, with or without notice, if kfbd reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if continued access poses a risk to other players, to kfbd, or to the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination of your account by either party, any remaining verified balance held in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any fraud investigation holds. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings are non-refundable upon account termination resulting from a breach of these Terms.
